| 摘 要： | 旅游团的内部冲突行为是影响团队服务质量的重要原因之一。以此为逻辑基础，系统阐述了旅游团内部冲突行为的概念、原因及其发生模式，并对这种特殊冲突行为的缓冲调适机制及其缓冲调适模型进行了详细的探讨。

| Abstract: | Inner conflict behaviors of travel group(ICBTG) are important causes which influent the qualification of travel group service.Logically based on this,this paper expounds systematically the notion,causes and its originating model of ICBTG.And the demulcent regulation mechanism and its regulating pattern which aims at this special kind of conflict behaviors is also put forward by this paper. |
