顾客满意向顾客忠诚转换因素探讨

摘    要:随着市场竞争的加剧和顾客争夺成本的提高,顾客满意和顾客忠诚已经引起理论界和实践界的广泛关注,然而,目前学术界对顾客满意向顾客忠诚转换因素的研究却较少。现基于相关的文献综述,对影响顾客满意向顾客忠诚转换的因素进行分析和概括,以期对我国企业的发展提供一些参考。

Abstract:With the aggravation of market competition and the increased cost of contesting for customer,customer satisfaction and customer loyalty have already caused the extensive concerns of both scholars and practitioners.However,there remains seldom touched the factors affecting customer satisfaction transformed to customer loyalty.This paper analyses those factors by surveying the relevant data in order to offer some references to Chinese enterprises.
