推动广东省先进制造业和现代服务业融合发展

广东作为制造业大省，在先进制造业与现代服务深度融合发展方面先试先行，经过一系列行之有效的政策举措，两业融合发展取得一定进展，但在两业融合发展推进过程中也面临诸多困难和挑战。在国际贸易保护主义上升、全球市场萎缩、新冠疫情蔓延的外部环境下以及新一轮科技革命和产业变革的激烈角逐中，如何促进产业间配合、推动制造业和服务业融合发展是粤港澳大湾区培育现代产业体系、提升自身产业链竞争力的重要内容。本文从产业发展基础、产业网络模型、产业关联基础树、产业群簇等角度和领域分析广东两业融合发展进展、面临的困难和挑战，并提出促进两业深度融合发展的政策建议。

Promote the industry convergence development of advanced manufacturing and modern services in Guangdong Province

Guangdong, as a major manufacturing province, takes the lead in the in-depth industry convergence development of advanced manufacturing and modern services. After a series of effective policies and measures, this industrial convergence in Guangdong has made some progress. However, it also faces many difficulties and challenges in the process. Now, the whole world is facing with the fierce competition of international trade protectionism, the global market shrinking, the COVID-19 spreading and the fierce competition in the new round of technological revolution. How to promote the inter-industrial cooperation and this industrial convergence of the manufacturing and service has become a critical issue in cultivating the modern industrial system and enhancing the competitiveness of the industrial chain for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Thus, this paper analyzes the development progress, difficulties and challenges of the integration of these two industries in Guangdong from the perspectives of industrial development foundation, industrial network model, industrial correlation basic tree and industrial clusters. Then, policy suggestions are put forward in order to further promote the industrial convergence of the advanced manufacturing and modern services.
