摘 要: | 文章根据相关的绩效评估理论,利用Delphi法确定指标权重,采用多级模糊评价模型,对管理者的管理绩效进行最终的量化与评价,构建了一个管理者绩效评价指标体系,并通过实例对指标体系进行了验证。

Abstract: | Based on the related performance appraisal theory,the article builds a performance appraisal index system for managers,which applies Delphi to confirm the index weight,adopts multi-level obscure appraisal models,assesses and evaluates the performance of managers.In addition,this system is tested by examples. |
