Performance Appraisal Research of Construction Enterprise

To establish the modern enterprise system,a set of scientific system of enterprise performance appraisal is needed,which makes the investments objectively judge enterprise’s management achievement and the operator achievements.Thus,the enterprise operators are excited and restrained,and enterprise value is promoted.For construction enterprise,performance appraisal is used for performance evaluation,vocational assessment,credit financing,management diagnose.If operator’s performance of construction enterprise is judge objectively and truly,and excitation and constraint system is established,transforming operation concept of construction enterprise is meaningful.
