基于耗散结构理论的战略网络演化机理分析

本文认为,战略网络是一个自组织复杂系统,具有开放性、非平衡性、非线性、随机涨落等耗散结构特征和自组织性。其耗散性和自组织性主要表现在战略网络通过与环境及网络内节点的相互作用,提供网络演化过程所需的负熵流,以抵消网络自身所产生的熵增,促进战略网络自我调节、自我完善和自我发展。文章提出,战略网络的熵受网络节点、网络目标、网络文化、网络机制、网络学习、信息渠道、外部环境等因素的影响。当战略网络总熵为正时,战略网络的无序度增加,若不及时实施调控措施,战略网络有解体危险;当战略网络总熵为负时,网络效能增加,竞争优势增强,非线性相关的网络节点之间通过涨落和协同效应使战略网络形成新的耗散结构。

Research on Mechanism of Strategic Networks Evolution Based on Dissipative Structure Theory

Strategic networks is a complicated system.It has such characteristics as openness,imbalance and nonlinearity.It analyzes the self-organization mechanism of strategic networks' by using dissipative structure theory.The conception of strategic networks entropy is firstly put forward.Next,the authors explain some main factors that influences strategic networks entropy.Finally,it gives out model on the evolution of strategic networks,and concludes the possible directions and rules of evolution by calculating the entropy.
