| 摘 要： | 城镇化是由传统的农业社会向现代城市社会发展的历史过程,是工业化的必然产物。城镇化是衡量一个国家发展水平的重要标志,同时又是工业化、现代化的重要载体和推动器。纵观世界发达国家发展的历史,无一例外地都经历了农村劳动力向城市非农业大规模转移的过程。推进城镇化建设,是解决“三农”难题的“金钥匙”,是建设社会主义新农村的有效途径。我国农村的发展,必须依靠城市的发展,而城市的发展必须走中国特色的农村城镇化道路。

| Abstract: | Urbanization is a histoical process of shifting from traditional agricultural society to modern industrial one,and it is an inexorable product of industrialization.Urbanization is an important symbol of national development.According to the history of developed countries,it is inevitable that large amounts of migrants transfer from the countryside to cities.Construction of urbanization is a key to solve the problems of farmers,rural areas,agriculture,which is an effective approach to construction of a new socialist countryside.On one hand,Rural development relys on urban development in China;on the other hand,the approaches to countryside urbanization must be provided with Chinese characteristics. |
