| 摘 要： | 经济新常态下，河北省高技术企业的发展面临机遇和挑战。利用2009—2013年高技术产业统计年鉴数据，研究发现：河北省高技术企业创新驱动发展特征明显，经济效益整体较好；但是，近年来增长速度逐渐放缓，不同细分行业发展不均衡。分析认为，调整企业发展结构布局、发挥市场主体功能、实施创新驱动和互联网+等战略措施，可以有效促进河北省高技术企业创新发展。

Research on Innovation Development Strategy of Hebei High-tech Enterprises in the New Normal Situation |

| Abstract: | Under the new normal economy, the development of high-tech enterprises in Hebei Province is facing opportunities and challenges. This paper relies on the data information of 2009-2013 High-tech industry statistical yearbooks to do empirical study. This study finds that Hebei high-tech enterprises have significant features of innovation-driven development, and have good economic effect. However, the growth rate is slowing in recent years, uneven development of different sub-sectors. Some propositions are put forward to promote the development of Hebei High-tech enterprises. |
