随着资本项目的逐步开放和跨境人民币业务的迅速发展,我国跨境资金流动开始进入本外币双向流动日趋活跃的新阶段.建立本外币一体化的跨境资本流动监测体系具有重大的现实意义.本文系统研究了美国国际资本报告制度,并总结了其良好经验,以期对我国建立本外币一体化、全口径、多维度的跨境资本监测体系提供借鉴.
