基于供应链视角的旅游服务管理

摘    要:提高旅游产品服务质量需要加强服务对象、旅游功能型服务供应商和旅游服务集成商三个方面的管理。阐释了旅游服务供应链中各组成因素的管理,重点论述了旅游功能型服务供给商的信息平台管理、风险管理、需求管理、关系管理、服务能力管理、游客关系管理、订单处理系统管理、服务绩效管理和旅游集成商的协同合作管理、综合服务管理及风险能力管理。

Abstract:To improve the quality of tourist service products, the management of customers, tourist functional service provider and service integrator should be enhanced. This paper expounds the management of the factors in the tourist service supply chain, emphasizing the management of platform for the functional service provider, the risk management, demanding management, the provider relationship management, service competence management, tourist relationship management, order processing system management, service performance and effect management, service integrator management, cooperative management, and risk ability management.
