| Abstract: | The regional development in America can be divided into two stages. The first one is market-oriented stage and the second one is government-oriented stage. In different stages, there are different features and contents in the system innovation of the regional development. Its study can be of practical meaning for the on-going regional development in China. It can shorten our innovation time, reduce the innovation cost and realize the leap-forward development of our regional economy. |
