| 摘 要： | 当前我国高校毕业生就业形势异常严峻,成为全社会关注的焦点。毕业生就业问题突出表现为供求结构性矛盾不断增强,"无业可就"和"有业不就"现象并存,这是经济社会体制、高等教育制度、全球金融危机、社会就业环境及毕业生自身原因等多种因素叠加影响的结果。本文建议进一步深化高等教育改革、加强就业指导服务、拓宽就业渠道、帮扶特殊群体就业、改善就业环境,全力推进高校毕业生就业工作。 |
