Abstract:This paper expounds the relationship between the end-point converter C] and related indicators or the parameters,such as steel material consumption,prolong furnace life,the steel process,back top,scrap steel,and so on,and then points out the necessity of formulation of different kinds of corresponding pull carbon process.
