| Abstract: | The staff's innovation behavior plays an important role in the development of enterprises,is the foundation of enterprise innovation.This paper summarizes the correlation literature of enterprise culture,innovation behavior and enterprise culture influencing innovation,and make analysis on regulating staff's innovation behavior through advocating the value orientation and constructing organizational atmosphere to affect staff's innovation behavior,improve the enterprise innovation level and competitiveness. |
