摘    要:员工的创新行为在企业的发展中扮演着重要的角色,是企业创新的基础。本文通过总结企业文化、创新行为和企业文化影响创新的相关文献,分析企业文化通过提倡的价值导向和营造组织氛围来规范员工的行为方式,影响员工创新行为,提高企业创新水平和竞争力。

Abstract:The staff's innovation behavior plays an important role in the development of enterprises,is the foundation of enterprise innovation.This paper summarizes the correlation literature of enterprise culture,innovation behavior and enterprise culture influencing innovation,and make analysis on regulating staff's innovation behavior through advocating the value orientation and constructing organizational atmosphere to affect staff's innovation behavior,improve the enterprise innovation level and competitiveness.
