| 摘 要： | 农村物流在我国发展缓慢，已经成为制约农村经济进一步发展的“瓶颈”。本文从交通运输、第三方物流、电子商务及物流人才等方面分析了我国农村物流业发展存在的障碍，进而提出应有针对性地实施财政投入、税收优惠、专项资金扶持等财税措施，促进农村物流的快速发展。

| Abstract: | Country logistics develops slowly in China, which has begun to restrict the development of country economy. This paper analyses the troubles that China's country logistics confronts from the following ways: traffic, the third party logistics, electronic commerce and logistics talent. In order to promote the country logistics' fast development, it gives some financial ways: increasing financial input, supplying tax preference and special fund support. |
