目前,国内银行业集体进入经营转型期,各商业银行纷纷效仿先进同业,举起变革大旗,以期实现经营模式的彻底转变。本文试图从经营转型的背景介绍出发,引申出商业银行经营转型的理论基础、约束条件等,并指出商业银行施行经营转型的主要方向。
