| 摘 要： | 从国内工程项目质量事故的基本情况出发,文章结合利益相关者理论,初步建立了工程项目利益相关者关系演进过程分析图谱,系统分析了关系治理影响因素,即利益相容性,信任水平,合作强度,并就改善工程项目关系治理绩效提出了建议。

| Abstract: | From domestic project quality accident situation and According to the stakeholder theory,this paper establishes initially a schemes about process of the project stakeholder relationship,analyzes systematically three influencing factors of project relational governance,namely compatibility of interest,level of trust and intensity of cooperation.Finally,the paper puts forward four suggestions on improving the performance of relational governance. |
