摘    要:绩效考核是提升企业经济效益和整体素质的有效措施,文章将对如何做好企业绩效考核工作,就解决实施企业绩效考核出现的问题,实施绩效考核的目的,实施绩效考核相对应的措施进行了探讨,企业的绩效考核不是一个孤立存在的企业管理方法,只有将绩效考核和其他的企业管理基础和方法结合起来,才能使其发挥效用。

Abstract:The performance evaluation is the effective measure to raise the economic efficiency and the overall quality of enterprises.This article will discuss on how to do well the work of performance evaluation,to address the problems exsiting in the implementation of performance evaluation,the purposes of implementing the performance evaluation,and the corresponding measures to implement the performance evaluation.Performance evaluation of enterprises is not an enterprise management method existed alone,so only integrating the performance evaluation and other enterprise management foundation and methods can make it work effectiveness.
