| 摘 要： | 资本市场作为中长期资金的融通市场在中国经济发展中发挥了重要的作用。但同时,资本市场发展中的深层次问题和结构性矛盾也逐步暴露出来,不仅严重阻碍了资本市场的进一步发展,而且不利于发挥资本市场对中国经济可持续发展的有效支撑作用。

| Abstract: | As a sort of middle or long - term fund in Chinese circulation market, capital market plays an important role in the economic development. But some deeper problems eonerning capital market develops and struetural contradiction are exposed sradually which have hindered its further.They may do harm to Chinese capital market as an effective support to the sustainable economic development. |
