| 摘 要： | 尽管公共选择理论受到学术界的某些非议,但在20世纪80年代后期其理论和方法得到了广泛的应用和认可;在中国同样需要公共选择,尤其是地方政府在区域经济发展中发挥作用过程中特别要注重对公共选择理论的应用与发展。公共选择理论不可能解决所有问题,却对中国地方政府管理创新有着明显借鉴意义。 |
