高负荷斜流压气机设计

摘    要:
在中小功率发动机中用高压比、高效率的斜流压气机级替代轴流级或离心级,已经成为当前航空发动机设计中的一个热点。为了探索高负荷斜流压气机的设计技术,文章进行了单级压比6.0一级的斜流压气机设计。通过对设计方案的分析可知,该斜流压气机的气动设计指标基本满足要求,结构强度满足工程需要,基本达到了设计目的,为进一步的试验研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:
Among those low and medium power of engines,the mixed-flow compressor with high-pressure ratio and high-efficiency can be substituted for the axial-flow compressor or centrifugal stage compressor,which has become a focus in current aero-engine design.To research design technology of high-loading mixed-flow compressor,a mixed-flow compressor with pressure ratio level of 6.0 is designed.The analysis results show that:the aero-dynamical performance of the compressor has basically fulfilled the requirements of design index;its structure and intension has basically achieved the initial design purpose and can meet the need of engineering,which sheds light on further design and experiments.
