| 摘 要： | 目前,我国实行的分段式食品安全监管体制的弊端日益凸显,如何提高监管效率而提升食品安全水平成为一个非常重要的研究课题.本文尝试应用产权经济学的相关理论,通过对现有食品安全监管体制弊端的剖析,结合对发达国家食品安全监管体制的比较分析以及我国在这一方面的积极探索,揭示其背后的原因及逻辑.最后通过上文的分析比较得出一些初步的结论,并提出一体化监管模式是我国食品安全监管体制改革的发展方向.

| Abstract: | At the present time,the disadvantage of China's food safety regulation system is becoming obvious.Increasing regulation efficiency and food safety will be an important research problem.Based on the application of the theory property right and comparative analysis,the authors try to discuss the drawback of fragmented regulation system and mechanism.Finally, conclusion and proposal are put forward.Integrated regulation system of food safety is a feasible way to innovate. |
