摘    要:以重大建设工程技术与管理协同创新为视角,基于解析结构模型(ISM)和层次分析法(AHP),构建了多层次递阶解析结构模型,定量计算出各关键因素对工程创新的影响并进行重要性权重排序,随后分析了各层级影响因素之间的关系。最终得出如下结论:重大建设工程技术与管理协同创新关键影响因素为多方协同创新,工程创新的成功需要技术与管理创新协同。

Abstract:From the perspective of important construction engineering and management synergy innovation ,reveals the key influential factors and the relations among them are analyzed .Based on the combination of analytic structure model (ISM ) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) ,a multi‐level hierarchical analytic structure model is constructed .The relationship between major construction engineering and management synergy innovation is also analyzed to calculate to what extend the factors contributing to engineering innovation quantitatively .A conclusion that the most important influential factor is collaborative innovation can be achieved ,w hich is help for managers to understand and grasp the main contradiction of ma‐jor engineering innovation .
