| 摘 要： | 当前，科技型中小企业已成为我国技术创新的主要载体和经济增长的重要推动力量，但无法从传统融资渠道得到较好的金融支持。2013年末全国中小企业转让系统（NEEQ）正式挂牌营业，为科技型中小企业提供了新的融资渠道。以NEEQ中挂牌的科技型中小企业为研究对象，运用DEA-Malmquist指数方法，选取合理的决策单元和投入产出变量，从静态和动态两个角度对科技型中小企业在新三板市场的融资效率进行测度，进而探索提出提升科技型中小企业新三板市场融资效率的对策和建议，为科技型中小企业选取融资渠道提供有效依据。
