创业行为与产业集群发展:考虑知识溢出效应的多案例研究

采用规范性多案例研究方法,选取上海市商务智能(BI)产业集群内5家创业企业作为典型案例,探索性分析产业集群内的创业优势、创业行为对产业集群发展的影响及它们之间的知识溢出效应。研究结果表明:政策扶持、行业氛围、基础设施、知识与信息共享以及产业互补是集群内的创业优势;创业行为对产业集群发展的积极影响主要是通过示范效应、倒逼效应、网络效应、迸发效应、链锁效应、扩散效应等知识溢出效应实现的。

Entrepreneurial Behavior and Industrial Cluster Development：A Multiple Case Study Based on Knowledge Spillover Effect

The paper uses a specification multiple case study method ,selects five start‐up enterprises as typical cases from the industry cluster of Shanghai Business Intelligence (BI ) .Entrepreneurship advantages in industrial cluster ,entrepre‐neurial behavior effect on the industrial cluster development ,know ledge spillover effects of the relationship betw een the two are exploratory analyzed .Study shows that :the policy support ,industry atmosphere ,infrastructure ,knowledge and in‐formation sharing and industries complementary are entrepreneurial advantages in industry cluster ;that entrepreneurial behavior plays a positive impact on the industrial cluster development is mainly realized through the knowledge spillover effects ,including the demonstration effect ,Daobi effect ,netw ork effect ,burst effect ,the chain effect ,diffusion effect ,etc .
