摘    要:为了有效刻画工作组类型创新团队管理效率评价的多性状微观投入产出参数,引入组织公民行为的泛化关联行为效应分析策略,形成了针对其灵活性强、机动性高和整体意识清晰3方面特征的效率评价要素解析维度。在此基础上,通过挖掘任务属性、合作周期与创新不确定性对任务、角色及其交互的复杂影响,提炼出交叉效率、汇聚效率和平行效率3种关系效率评价概念,并融合ANP方法与DEA方法构建了能够探析关系效率形成、提取与测度的系统评价方法。案例应用结果表明,以上理论及方法有效、可行,对于深化认知创新型组织管理效率评价内涵、针对性梳理投入产出要素和关联、增强结论参考价值,具有一定的实践指导意义。

Abstract:In order to effectively characterise the working group innovation team management efficiency evaluation and the multiple characters of the input and output parameters,introduction of an effective analysis strategy of an organisational citizenship behavior of generalised association behavior formed for high flexibility,high mobility and a clear sense of overall three characteristics of efficiency evaluation factors analytical dimension.On this basis,through mining task property,cy-cle of cooperation,and innovation uncertainty complex effects of tasks,roles and their interaction,refining are presented for cross efficiency,convergence efficiency and parallel efficiency of three kinds of relations between efficiency evaluation concepts and innovative fusion ANP Method and DEA Method built on the relations between the efficiency of formation, extraction and measurement system evaluation method.The case application result shows that above the proposed theory and method is effective and feasible,and it has a strong practical significance to deepen the cognitive innovation organisati-on management efficiency evaluation connotation,the sort of input and output factors and association,strengthen the con-clusion that practice reference for the improvement of the value.
