创新驱动发展评价研究

实施创新驱动发展战略是为我国未来发展打造核心驱动力的重要部署，长江经济带中游地区应把握这一契机提升区域竞争力。通过对创新驱动内涵和评价研究的回顾，构建了创新驱动发展模型，并以该模型为基础对长江经济带中游地区的创新驱动发展能力进行了综合评价。结果显示，中游地区在创新资源投入、创新活动、创新产出和创新环境4个方面都存在一定的劣势。最后，针对评价结果，提出了政策建议，以期为长江经济带中游地区提升创新驱动发展能力提供参考。

Research on Evaluation of Innovation-Driven Development

Implementation of innovation-driven development strategy is to build the core driving force for the future ,the midstream zone of Yangzte River Economic Belt should seize this opportunity to enhance regional competitiveness .This paper will build innovation-driven development model on the basis of the research on connotation of innovation-driven and evaluation review ,and use this model to evaluate the competence of innovation-driven development .The evaluation results show s that the midstream zone has some disadvantages on innovation resource ,innovation process ,innovation output and innovation environment .With the evaluation results ,this paper put forward some policy recommendations to enhance in-novation-driven ability of midstream zone of the Yangtze River Economic Belt .
