农民专业合作社的产权问题刍议

产权问题是我国农民专业合作社能否取得竞争优势和较高绩效的关键问题。产权的保障功能、配置功能、激励功能、约束功能和收入分配功能是合作社成员确立市场主体地位,进行生产经营活动的重要依据。针对农民专业合作社的产权特征,我国农民专业合作社的产权安排特征,立法后我国农民专业合作社产权界定仍然模糊、产权安排缺乏激励等问题,我国农民专业合作社的产权建设需要明晰个人产权机制、界定公共积累产权、维护农民产权利益政策建议。
