| Abstract: | There are some barriers for the intellectual property protection of traditional medicine. Traditional medicine enterprises should grasp various protecting measures such as patents, trademarks, geographical indications and trade secrets. They should also implement comprehensive intellectual property strategy earlier in order to protect their legal rights. |
