资本市场与扩大消费

文章认为,当前我国扩大消费的实质,就是要解决贫困和高储蓄率问题。资本市场在扩大内需战略中是关键环节之一,但不能过分扩大资本市场的作用,尤其是不能将股市的财富效应作为政策手段,应从我国各类资本市场的实际出发,结合扩大消费的瓶颈,发挥其相应的作用。我国的债券市场、信贷市场、外汇储备及其他多层次资本市场,在扩大消费中均能有所作为。

Capital Market and Expanding Consumption

In this article,currently, the essential of expanding consumption is to solve the problem of poverty and high saving up. The capital market is one of the key processes in expanding domestic demand strategy, but its function should nut be exaggerated, espacially the fortune domino offect should not to be treated as policy instrument, it should start from the fact of all kinds of capital market in our country, with the choke point of expanding consumption, to exert its relevant function. All bend market, credit market, foreign exchange reserve and other multi-capital markets of our country should play an active role in expanding consumption.
