| 摘 要： | 文章主要以2005年的深沪高科技上市公司以及2006年的部分深沪上市公司为样本,以股权集中度为标准对上市公司的持股情况进行分类,并结合股权性质和股权制衡度分别分析了股权高度集中、股权中度集中和股权分散下的混合所有制企业治理的问题,并在此基础上,探讨了相应的治理机制.

| Abstract: | Based on a sample of Shenhu listed high-tech company by the year of 2005 and part of Shenhu listed high-tech company by the year of 2006,this paper share standards for the concentration of shareholdings in listed companies classified.Also,this paper respectively analysis highly concentrated,moderately concentrated equity,and equity under the decentralized management of mixed-ownership enterprises,through the nature and checks and balances of equity.On this basis,this paper discusses mechanisms of governance... |
