| 摘 要： | 建设面向服务外包的校内生产性实训基地有其自身独特而重要的意义，但要建设好，还需综合考虑到各个方面的问题。要保障面向服务外包的校内生产性实训基地的良性运转，应设计面向服务外包的校内生产性实训基地建设方案；探索多方共建校内生产性实训基地经营体制；探索多方共建校内生产性实训基地运作机制；改革校内生产性实训基地管理机制：建立校内生产性实训基地保障机制。

| Abstract: | Firstly this paper discusses and analyzes the significance of constructing outsourcing-oriented productive practice bases. Secondly,the paper proposes the concrete measures of the construction and operation of outsourcing-oriented productive practice bases, including the management mechanism, the operation system, the administration mechanism as well as the guarantee system of outsourcing-oriented productive practice bases. |
