| 摘 要： | 股权结构因素与公司绩效的量化研究是分析两者关系的关键,本文在论述国内外学者对于两者关系研究的基础上,以我国2007年上交所上市的730家公司作为研究对象,通过实证研究分析方法,分析得出国有股比例与公司绩效具有显著的正相关关系,境内法人股比例与公司绩效也具有显著的正相关关系.而人民币普通股、外资股比例与公司绩效之间无显著相关关系.研究结果还表明,资产规模与公司绩效正相关,资产负债率与公司绩效负相关. |

| Abstract: | Based on review of research of western and domestic scholars,the paper mainly studies the relationship between shareholding structure and corporate performance through empirical analysis method,with the sample consisting of 730 firms listed in the Shanghai Stock Exchange(SHSE) in 2007.It is found that firm performance is significantly positively related to the proportion of shares owned by the state,and also significantly positively related to the proportion of domestic legal - person(LP) shares.On the othe... |
