摘    要:由于高职院校图书馆员工绩效考核工作存在一些现实问题,引入ISO9000质量管理体系是提升图书馆文献信息建设与服务质量的客观需要,其质量管理的原则与理念对于改进图书馆员工绩效考核工作有着重要的启示,有助于实现员工绩效考核工作的科学化、合理化化和激励化,不断提高馆员个人的工作效率与服务质量,最终实现图书馆整体绩效的提升。

Abstract:At present, there exist some prominent problems in staff performance appraisal work of vocational college library, so it is of urgent need to introduce IS09000 quality management system so as to improve the quality of literature information construction and library service. The principles and concepts of quality management help realize scientific, fair and reasonable appraisal of staff performance, encourage the staff to work hard and improve their working efficiency and service quality, and ultimately enhance overall performance of the library.
