| 摘 要： | 西部的生态保护对我国乃至亚洲均具有重大的意义,由于西部地区的生态补偿制度存在缺失,生态补偿问题已成为影响西部地区生态建设的主要问题之一。只有结合西部地区生态的特殊性、现状与社会构成,分析西部地区生态补偿面临的制度性困境,才能从制度重构的视角探寻符合西部地区现实情况的生态补偿之路。

| Abstract: | The ecological protection in Western China is very important for the whole country and Asia.Whereas,ecological compensation system of western region exists serious deficiencies,and ecological compensation has become one of the main issues influencing ecological construction.Only if analyze institutional difficulties that ecological compensation faces by considering specificity,status quo and community constitute,can we find the right compensation way of western region from the viewpoint of system reconfiguration. |
