摘 要: | 无论是哲学还是文化、抑或文化哲学层面探讨的企业文化或精神,其实质都是在文化"人化"本质上,在利润价值和精神价值的统一上,在生活世界与精神世界的一致上,追求人类自由自觉的企业实践活动,追求这种生活世界活动的理想价值,在实现经济利润的同时,实现人的自我解放与发展。
