高职应用型人才培养与产学研合作教育

高职教育要培养技术应用型人才,必须实行产学研合作教育。高职产学研合作教育的形式主要有:校企共建实践教学基地,校企合作开展教学活动,学校面向企业开展在职培训,以及校企合作进行科技开发等。为了顺利开展产学研合作教育,必须建立健全的组织机构和良好的运行机制。产学研合作教育的组织机构主要由学校董事会和专业管理委员会组成,运行机制则需要建立学校、企业和科研机构三者之间的互利互惠的内在联系。高职产学研合作教育的顺利开展,还需要建立良好的保障机制,如制定的相关的法规和优惠政策等。

Practical Personnel Training in Vocational College & Cooperative Education of Industry, Study & Research

In order to train practical personnel with technology, vocational college must adopt cooperative education of industry, study and research. The main forms of cooperative education of industry, study and research in vocational college are buiding practical teaching bases cooperatively by college and enterprise, developing teaching activities cooperatively by college and enterprise, carrying out on-the-work training for enterprise by college, launching scientific and technological development cooperatively by college and enterprise, etc. In order to develop cooperative education of industry, study and research smoothly, perfect organization and good operating mechanism must be built. The organization of cooperative education of industry, study and research mainly consists of board of college leaders and professional administrative committee. The operating mechanism requires the mutually beneficial interrelationships among college, enterprise and scientific research organization. Moreover, good insurance mechanism, such as the relevant rules, laws, and the preferential policies, needs to be built so as to make the cooperative education of industry, study and research develop smoothly.
