| Abstract: | From the angle of the owners, this article analyzes how the owners deal with claims from contractors and counter-claims reasonably and favorably, so achieves the goal of maximum profit with minimum input is what they pursue during building engineering projects, then the author puts forward a series of feasible suggestions. |
