高职旅游管理专业人才培养模式改革探索

人才培养模式改革与探索是目前高职旅游教育改革发展的关键性问题。本文以近几年宁夏职业技术学院旅游管理专业人才培养模式改革探讨为例,从培养目标定位、旅游管理专业设置、旅游管理课程模式构建、教学内容和教学设计、培养途径模式等几方面对高职旅游管理专业人才培养模式改革进行探讨,用以培养旅游专业学生职业素质、职业能力、职业技能为目标、以校内模拟实验室为基础、校企合作办学为重点、与职业资格证书考试相结合、提高学生综合素质。

Research on Training Mode Reform of Higer Vocational Tourism Management Major

Reform and exploration of personnel training is the key issue of the reform and development of higher vocational tourism education. This paper takes the reform of the personnel training of nearly years Ningxia Polytechnic tourism management major as an example,from the training target location,tourism management professional settings,setting up tourism management course mode,course content and instructional design,training methods mode and other aspects discusses and explores the personnel training mode of higher vocational tourism management major,takes developing the professional quality,professional ability,professional skills of tourism students as the goal,bases on simulation laboratory in campus,focuses on the school-enterprise cooperation in running schools,and combins with the vocational qualification certificate examinations to improve the overall quality of students.
