| 摘 要： | 会泽县饮水安全建设滞后,资金投入短缺,水资源利用率低。从3方面提出了解决饮水安全的途径,即改进工作作风,形成干群互动互助环境;构建保障农村饮水安全的水资源管理体系;公平分配水资源,改善人居环境,共建生态文明。

| Abstract: | The establishment of drinking water safety in Huize County is underdeveloped.The investment input is short.The utilization rate of water resources is low.The solutions to the drinking water safety are proposed from the following three aspects:(1)improvement of work style and formation of interactive and cooperative environment between cadres and crowds;(2)establishment of water resources management system for ensuring drinking water safety in rural areas;(3)fair allocation of water resources,improvement of residential environment and establishment of ecological civilization. |
