论企业人力资本的概念和类型

人力资本理论已成为当今一个研究热点.但由于这个理论产生于经济学,而且在企业中应用的时间也不长,并且在不断地发展,因此目前对企业人力资本概念的认识还比较混乱.本文拟从资本概念的角度出发,结合其他一些学者对人力资本概念的讨论,界定了企业人力资本的概念,并在此基础上对企业人力资本的类型进行了探讨,对企业人力资本的分类管理作了初步的尝试.

Discussing on the concept and types of human capital of enterprise

Human capital theory is a research hotspot now however,as this theory which is developing originates from economics,and it is applied in enterprise for not long time,the cognition to the concept of human capital of enterprise is still confused. This paper defines the concept of human capital of enterprise on the basis of the concept of capital and viewpoints of some other scholars, furthermore, this paper discusses the type of human capital of enterprise, takes the first step in classified management of human capital of enterprise.
