| Abstract: | Currently e-procurement has become the main form of cross-border procurement.Chinese companies must conform to the trend of network economy.Based on the analysis of China’s foreign trade enterprise’ status quo of purchase,this paper analyzes the modes and benefits from the perspective of electronic commerce and suggests the preferred mode of e-procurement for China’s foreign trade companies. |
