| Abstract: | Headquarter Economy is a new economic development mode.Using its biggest small ware market in the world as an advantage,Yiwu city develops headquarter economy to attract innovation elements such as talent,capital and information therefore to promote industrial cluster transformation and upgrading and improve its competitiveness.To achieve its goal,local government should select the proper development route,strengthen policy support,and actively cultivate a healthy headquarter economy. |
