| Abstract: | With the surge of information technology,information service out-sourcing has become companies’ normal practice around the globe.This paper investigates the present situation of Ningbo’s information service out-sourcing,makes comparison with the development of information service out-sourcing in Dalian,Shanghai and Shenzhen,and finally puts forward countermeasures for developing Ningbo information service out-sourcing. |
