关于研究生创新能力培养的几点思考

近些年来,我国的研究生教育发展迅速,招生规模扩大很快,随之而来的研究生的质量培养问题也日益凸显出来。在研究生培养过程中应注重的四个方面:高素质的导师队伍、完善的知识结构、开放自由的实验实践环境和良好的校园文化。

Some thoughts on nurturing creativity for postgraduate students

These years,the postgraduate education in China is developing rapidly,and the scale of enrolment expends quickly.But then the quality problem of postgraduate cultivation followed,and it has become increasingly prominent.This paper focuses on the cultivation and improvement of the innovation capacity of graduate students,expounding the four aspects in graduate students cultivation that should be paid attention to: a group of tutors with high qualities,a consummate knowledge structure,an open and free environment of experimenting and practicing,and a fine campus culture.
