| Abstract: | The status and role of private economy and private entrepreneurs in constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics have been fully affirmed in the constitution. But in the development of private enterprises, esp. medium-and-small-sized private enterprises,difficulties arise originated from system discrimination and from restrictions of traditional culture and old operation concept. Two measures should be taken to solve the problems: first,amend and perfect legislations so as to transform state servants' concept; and secondly, improve the quality of entrepreneurs themselves and transform their concept. |
