| 摘 要： | 中华武术是中华民族传统文化的瑰宝,具有中国传统文化的内涵.武术作为中华传统体育文化中的一支奇葩,它具有独特的魅力和风格。武术注重武德,而绝不是简单的擒拿格斗、套路动作,可以说套路动作是武术的形,而武德是武术的魂。无论是对抗性的捕斗运动,还是势势相承的套路运动,都是以中国传统的技击方法为技术核心的。

| Abstract: | Chinese Martial Arts is a treasure of traditional Chinese culture with traditional Chinese culture. As a wonderful sport of Chinese traditional sports, Martial art has a unique charm and style, which focuses on military ethics, not only simple fighting and routines, and routines are the forms of martial arts and military ethics is the spirit of martial arts. No matter confrontational campaign or routine exercise with potential actions each other all takes traditional Chinese arts of attack as technical core. |
