| 摘 要： | 针对物流产业发展中物流园区数量过度增长的“物流园区热”现象．在利用一元线性回归法，并引入修正系数对物流量进行预测的基础上．对影响物流园区数量的物流园区强度、物流园区作业系数、物流园区第三方物流量占社会总物流量的比例及单个物流因区的用地面积等参数进行分析．介绍基于物流量的物流园区数量计算模型。将模型应用于青岛市物流园区数量规划的计算中．得出其合理性， |

| Abstract: | Considering the disproportional increasing logistics park, this paper, through analyzing the theory and relative parameters of the logistics park, established the logistics park quantity calculation model based on the logistics quantity which can be forcasted by utilizing the Unary Linear Regression Model. And this model will be applied to the calculation of Qingdao regional logistics park quantity to gain its reasonableness. |
