国际视野下的中等收入陷阱问题研究

以经济增长理论和发展经济学的相关研究为基础,综合国外的发展经验和历史教训,分析导致中等收入陷阱的政策和制度因素。随着我国经济进入中上等收入阶段,结构失衡将是我国跨越中等收入陷阱的主要障碍,"未富先老"问题加剧了我国实现持续快速增长的难度;为实现经济增长阶段的跨越,一方面要解决经济增长中的结构性难题,另一方面应通过制度改革推动技术进步和产业升级,实现经济增长方式的转变。

Research on Middle income Trap Based on International Perspective

This paper first reviews the main studies on middle-income trap and the development experiences of foreign countries,and then obtains some enlightenments.Through the analysis of the economic structure of our country,it finds that structural imbalance will be the major obstacle.The gradual disappearance of the demographic dividend will intensify the difficulty.In order to achieve sustainable economic growth,the government should,on the one hand,solve the structural problem in the economic growth,and on the other hand,promote technological progress and industrial upgrading through institutional reform.
