摘    要:本文以国产主流软件CAXA作为CAD/CAPP/CAM的软件环境,以复杂的曲面—塑料电风扇叶片为例,对叶片进行设计,注塑模的模具生成,模具的加工工艺设计,模具的加工仿真等工艺过程分析,对复杂曲面的CAD/CAPP/CAM数字化快速化制造技术提供了依据。

Abstract:In this paper,the mainstream software CAXA was introduced as the CAD/CAPP/CAM system.Taking the complex surfaces-plastic fan blade as an example,built the model of the fan blade,generated the plastic mold,designed manufacturing process of mold,simulated the Mold processing and generated the NC code,etc.,solving the CAD / CAPP / CAM rapid digital manufacturing technology of complex surface.
